FUGITIVE EMISSION TEST AND QUALIFICATION OF MATRIX DOUBLE BLOCK AND BLEED VALVE

For a number of years the risk and environmental impact associated with fugitive emissions from equipment used to manufacture or transport toxic and dangerous fluids has been a cause of concern. There is an increased awareness of the need to control fugitive emissions. To ensure compliance with the latest standards and regulations a MATRIX Double Block and Bleed Valve has been independently tested and qualified as follows: 

VALVE TESTED : 1/2" 600LB Double Block and Bleed Valve (Ball X Needle X Ball) 
MATERIALS : LF2/316/Devlon Seats/Graphite Seals
TEST MEDIUM : Helium
TEST METHOD : Sniffer  
ACCEPTANCE CODE : SPE 77/312 - SHELL

BALL VALVE DOWNLOADS NOW ONLINE

As part of our effort to make as much information as possible available online you can now download GA Drawings, IOM
Manuals and Data Sheets for our range of Ball Valves. This new facility can be accessed from our 'Products' page, we've added our complete catalogue of GA Drawings, allowing you to download the exact drawing you need - including the correct materials parts list. We will be adding this facility for other product ranges shortly.

NEW MINI NEEDLE VALVE SAVES SPACE AND COST

A new miniature Needle Valve has been introduced to our range, available in 
1/8" and 1/4" sizes, with end connections threaded NPT, BSPT or BSPP. This Valve is the perfect choice for applications such as Air Distribution Manifolds - where its' compact size and lower unit cost has resulted in the price of our Manifolds being reduced by as much as 40%.

F51 NEEDLE VALVES NOW IN STOCK

As part of our ongoing commitment to stock Needle Valves and Manifolds in exotic alloys we have taken delivery of 
our first batch of F51 (UNS S31803) Valves. Both 6000PSI and 10,000PSI Needle Valves can now be offered from stock. We also have Incoloy 825® Valves in stock and Monel 400® Valves will be arriving next month. We will be extending our range of 'special' materials in due course, and have plans to stock Valves and Manifolds in Hastelloy C276®, F44 (UNS S31254) and F55 (UNS S32760).
